Lone Star Printer Services provides on-site hardware repair and maintenance for commercial laser printers, multifunction devices (MFDs), and scanners. Our services include:

• On-site diagnostic consultation and written estimates
• Hardware repair and parts replacement
• Preventive maintenance services
• Emergency repair appointments

We reserve the right to decline service at our sole discretion, including for devices that are beyond economical repair or outside our service area.

2. Service Area

Our on-site services are available in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area in Texas. Service availability at specific locations may vary. Contact us to confirm service availability in your area before booking.

3. Booking and Appointments

When you submit a booking request through our website or by phone:

• Your submission constitutes a request, not a confirmed appointment.
• We will contact you within 2 business hours to confirm availability and appointment details.
• Appointments are confirmed only upon verbal or written confirmation by our staff.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to technician availability or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Estimates and Pricing

• All repairs begin with a diagnostic consultation. A written estimate will be provided before any repair work begins.
• The diagnostic visit is subject to a service call fee, which will be disclosed when confirming your appointment.
• If you approve the estimate, the service call fee may be applied toward the total repair cost.
• Estimates are not guaranteed fixed prices. Unforeseen complications discovered during repair may result in revised estimates, which will be communicated to you before proceeding.
• You retain the right to decline repair after receiving the estimate.

5. Warranty

All completed repairs are covered by the following warranties:

• 30-Day Labor Warranty: If the same issue recurs within 30 days of the original repair date, we will return and re-perform the labor at no charge.
• 90-Day Parts Warranty: Replacement parts installed during the repair are covered for 90 days from the date of installation.

Warranties are void if:

• The device has been tampered with, modified, or repaired by an unauthorized third party after our service
• Damage is caused by misuse, accidents, power surges, or acts of nature
• The device's serial number or service tags have been altered or removed
• The issue is unrelated to the original repair performed

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the device and issue when booking
• Ensure a safe, accessible work environment for our technician
• Be present or have an authorized representative present during service
• Back up any data on devices connected to equipment being serviced (we are not responsible for data loss)
• Pay for approved services upon completion

7. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and other payment methods as disclosed at time of service. Unpaid invoices may be subject to late fees and collection proceedings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lone Star Printer Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
